Mr. Lee is originally from Tennessee and presently resides in Cabarrus County with his wife. Mr. Lee received his B.S. degree in Finance and then went on to earn his Juris Doctor Degree. 

Since being admitted to the North Carolina Bar, Mr. Lee has defended cases ranging from Murder to traffic tickets.  He is a Board Certified Specialist in North Carolina State Criminal Law. 

Mr. Lee is committed to his community. He has volunteered his time with Wills for Heros, an event which drafts wills and medical power of attorneys for police officers, firefighters, and first responders. Additionally, Mr. Lee has volunteered his time at the Charlotte Men's Shelter, specifically, helping men find affordable housing options.  During Law School, Mr. Lee worked at Legal Services of Southern Piedmont in their Low Income Taxpayer Clinic.  He specifically, helped clients by working directly with the IRS to reduce or eliminate past taxes. 

When not in Court, Mr. Lee enjoys spending his time riding motorcycles, running, and playing beach volleyball.
