Once you have filled out the Agreement, save it and then email it to [email protected].

Either make your payment on the Agreement form or fill out the info on the right and enter the price that you were quoted.
(Payment alone is not enough to secure representation. You must fill out the Agreement and Waiver form) |

STEP 3: (only if you are hiring for a traffic violation)
You MUST submit a copy of your driving record to the firm, before your court date. A link to your record can be found HERE.
